BATCAT Investor and partner overview Reviewable public draft v0.10 - 12 October 2026 THE PROPOSITION BatCat is the cat-focused product within WhorrallAI. It is being developed to combine a personal AI Advocate, a connected wearable kit and an owner app. The product hypothesis is that characterful conversation, useful care organisation and connected observations can earn a place in an owner's daily life. The Advocate has its own personality and selected voice. It responds using authorized records and available evidence. Its speech and expressive meows do not translate a cat's thoughts or prove its feelings. The current owner assistant uses voice-only controls for focused care and setup; wearable delivery is intended to be more characterful. Veterinary diagnosis and emergency response are not established services. THE PLANNED KIT AND SERVICE Each cat is planned to have two complete interchangeable devices: one worn, one charging, with a charging dock. The cat's identity, voice and history persist independently of the hardware. Screenless operation and waterproofing are requirements; finished-device fit, mass, endurance and ingress performance need testing. Basic aims for the lowest practical cost while preserving the shared product scope. Intermediate aims to improve device specifications. High-End is the premium direction. Higher tiers do not reserve core capabilities for premium buyers. No final device specifications or certified performance are published here. Affordable hardware with an ongoing BatCat connectivity and service subscription is the commercial direction. Customer research, measured use and current supplier quotations must inform the offer. Retail prices, subscription allowances, carrier arrangements and launch dates remain open. DEMONSTRATED PROTOTYPE: DEFINED SCOPE - Human-tested Android wake, reply and follow-up conversations, including short locked-screen trials. Current phone microphone reliability remains an active validation issue; this is not a complete wearable conversation. - Owner setup, per-cat records, Calendar, manual wellbeing entries, reviewed reports, care reminders and map/zone interfaces. Owner 0.38 adds editable cat facts, assigned care tasks and limited sitter handovers. Recorded release, virtual-device, download and browser access checks are distinct from physical phone installation and notification acceptance. - A complete experimental wearable microphone recording was received in full over mobile data and the received audio was reviewed as clear. This is a bounded recording-and-upload result, not continuous live audio or a complete wearable conversation. AWAITING CONNECTED VALIDATION - Repeated real 128 x 128 wearable snapshots and changed location timestamps were recorded on 9 October. Satellite source, clock reliability and position accuracy remain unqualified; continuous wearable video is not demonstrated. Check useful image detail, moving location, transport and power use. - Response time, repeatable spoken exchanges, recovery, idle periods, reconnect behaviour and noise remain separate physical validation needs. - Validate outdoor location freshness and accuracy, coverage gaps and active-unit assignment across swaps. A charging unit must not be treated as the cat's location or merged into its activity. - Measure the complete wearable's fit, heat, weight, runtime and waterproof performance. Proposed activity, rest and roaming insights depend on real worn-device telemetry, personal baselines and accuracy validation. Rest estimates are not proof of sleep; clinical effectiveness is unestablished. COMMERCIAL PREPARATION - Research intended customers, willingness to pay and reasons to return. Define a supervised pilot and its success criteria before claiming results. - Obtain current two-device and connectivity quotations. Measure actual voice/AI, media, storage and support costs across stated usage profiles. Historical cost scenarios are planning assumptions, not measured margins. - Prepare production access, recording/retention rules, support, supplier arrangements, company/ownership records and applicable launch requirements. PARTNER CONVERSATIONS Useful discussion areas include wearable engineering, connectivity, pilot delivery, customer experience and sustainable service operation. Specific responsibilities and commercial arrangements require agreement. The website enquiry allows an initial investor or partnership conversation. STATUS AND LIMITS This overview reflects selected project records through 11 October, reviewed 12 October 2026; the review date is not a claim that every experiment was newly repeated. The full connected wearable system and commercial model remain unvalidated. No market-size claim, evidenced sales traction, fundraising amount, valuation, return forecast, investment offer or funding commitment is made. There are no committed milestone dates. Public copy remains a reviewable draft, and this downloaded file does not update automatically. NEXT STEP Use the Investors & partners enquiry on the BatCat website to discuss the product, evidence or a possible partnership. Registration is not an order, reservation or investment commitment. Enquiry contact permission and newsletter permission are separate choices. 7 OCTOBER 2026 FOLLOW-UP The project owner confirmed a correct spoken answer on the experimental wearable; it was very slow. A greeting was heard. A later saved-greeting test was silent/offline. Following a recovery update, the startup greeting was heard again but another wake request produced no answer; further physical checks are needed. Repeatability, acceptable response time, speaker clarity and sustained capture remain open. Source: the project owner’s development tests, 7 October 2026. This is component evidence, not launch readiness. 9 OCTOBER 2026 REVIEW OF 8 OCTOBER WORK The earlier isolated short-greeting test is historical. Later voice testing ended normally; physical acceptance of the warmer greeting remains pending. Whether device capture itself is paused has not been verified. At the time of the 8 October work, a real camera image and qualified satellite fix had not been obtained. Later snapshot and location-report results are recorded below; continuous wearable video remains unproved. The public phone uses a dated copy of the real C&C, Calendar and Wellbeing interface with fictional page-memory records. That interactive app preview has no live voice, microphone or wearable connection. A separate saved narrated homepage tour was subsequently published on 11 October. The local owner reply library reuses matching complete recordings before generating missing speech. Tested coverage is bounded; no fleet or monetary savings are established. Website effect auditions are listening trials only. An internal discussion deck, customer concept brief and silent capability storyboard are prepared. The storyboard uses saved animation and concept scenes, not a live collar demonstration. These drafts establish no customer demand, complete delivery costs, commercial rights clearance or confirmed launch offer. The public overview remains separate from those private review materials. 10 OCTOBER 2026 REVIEW Recorded 9 October device tests returned repeated changing 128 x 128 snapshots and location timestamps. A walking sequence changed images but retained the same returned position. Satellite source, timestamp reliability, surveyed accuracy and live moving tracking are not established. These component results do not establish a safe-zone alert service or continuous wearable video. The project owner confirmed the Owner 0.20 S23 check: video enlarged on rotation, three saved demonstration clips played automatically, and cats and saved records remained. This is human-reported phone playback, separate from recorded virtual- device checks and from a physical wearable camera stream. The installed version was not independently queried. The incoming device still needs its own tests. 12 OCTOBER 2026 REVIEW OF 11 OCTOBER WORK Owner 0.38 and the matching browser app deliver editable cat facts, care-task assignment and scoped sitter handovers. Owners choose shared records, set expiry and can revoke access. Remembered facts are owner-reported; recorded task completion identifies the report, not proof of the physical task. Public release and access checks passed in the recorded evidence. Physical installation of this care release, notifications and longer use remain separate. The published Giles homepage tour now explains the Advocate and two-device idea before the owner-app tour. It reuses saved narration and accepted Michael replies. Its collar illustration, fictional outing and credited recorded camera example do not establish physical fit or a live wearable service. The project owner accepted the naturalness of a heard Giles reply, but reported new-reply startup taking more than 30 seconds by estimate. The exact platform and timing still need correlation; no new measured speed gain is claimed. This review reads selected release records and recent owner-chat reports. It does not repeat physical tests or audit every chat or Library item.
