WhorrallAI is the business responsible for BatCat. For privacy questions or requests to correct or delete information, email support@whorrall.com.
This notice covers whorrall.com’s public information pages, guides, saved tour, Shop shortlist and website app. Customer logon and staff access open separate app services. The real management app handles account and cat records; its records stay separate from the website app.
Reading, watching and listening
You can read the website and all Community guides without an account. Public Community sign-in and contributions are currently closed. The launch-updates page accepts email requests for launch and product updates. Other newsletter forms, customer registration and checkout are not enabled by these public pages.
The tour and character samples play saved media. They do not listen to you or request your microphone or camera. Tour purchase screens, app records and device conversations are scripted examples. They do not activate a wearable, create an account, place an order or take a payment. You can pause, replay or mute the tour.
Launch and product updates
If you choose to sign up on the launch-updates page, we receive your email address and your permission to send launch-date news and product updates. We store your address, the permission-notice version and submission or update times in private storage on our hosting account, outside the public website files. We use the list for the updates you requested; it is not a public directory.
Your address stays on the list while we provide those updates. You can ask us to stop updates or remove your details at support@whorrall.com. The form saves your request; it does not send an email automatically, place an order or take a payment.
Browser storage and your choices
Choosing Explore Loui’s app creates a temporary, view-only guest session with curated website records. It does not require your email address or password. A secure, HttpOnly session cookie is restricted to that guest app and lasts for at most two hours. Exit ends the session. It does not grant access to customer or staff records.
The Shop shortlist saves product IDs and selected colours in this browser’s local storage. It is not sent to a BatCat server. Remove individual items in the shortlist, or clear the website’s stored data in your browser settings.
Theme music plays only when you choose Theme Music, and stops when you choose Stop Music, leave the page or hide the tab. It does not resume automatically. The welcome scene uses the saved BatCat jingle; if your browser blocks sound, you can choose Replay with sound. A short tab-session navigation marker prevents the welcome scene repeating during a visit. It is not a visitor account or advertising identifier. Your browser controls stored website data, including whether a restored tab retains its session.
Planning choices and edits in the website app stay in page memory. An explicit character-to-plan link can put a public character ID in the address and browser history. It carries no contact details or private care records. The signed-in management app has its own storage and privacy controls.
Downloading a plan or guide creates a file on your device for you to keep or delete. Copy enquiry writes an enquiry draft to your clipboard only when you choose that action.
Website maps
Opening a website map loads street-map resources from OpenFreeMap. Choosing Satellite also loads aerial imagery and map labels from Esri. The providers receive the area viewed and connection details, including your IP address. Esri receives this website’s origin for its access restrictions. These map requests do not include account passwords, care notes or voice recordings.
The public website maps use saved display data; opening them does not connect a wearable. Read the providers’ information: OpenFreeMap privacy policy and Esri privacy statement.
Support and enquiry drafts
The Support, household and investor forms and Shop enquiry prepare messages for you to review. The website does not send them. Opening your email app transfers the draft there; you decide whether to send it. If you send a message, WhorrallAI receives the contact details and message you include. Contact support@whorrall.com about its handling, correction or deletion. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, private recordings or another person’s account details.
Page counts and hosting
Where enabled, the site’s page counter stores aggregate page-load totals and UTC daily counts. Repeat visits and automated checks may count; it is not a count of unique people. It does not store an IP address, visitor ID, referrer, query string or contact details, and it does not set cookies or browser storage. Daily totals are retained for up to 400 days; lifetime totals remain.
Your browser connects to our hosting provider to load pages and files. The host may keep its own normal access and security logs separately from this counter. Links to other websites, and map resources loaded from other services where present, use those providers’ connections and privacy practices. YouTube — planned optional feature
An optional connection to an owner’s own YouTube channel is being prepared. It is not active on this public website. Watching the tour does not link a Google account or send footage to YouTube. Saving a clip in BatCat’s gallery is separate from publishing footage to YouTube.
If an optional YouTube connection becomes available, we will explain its data access, use, sharing, storage, retention and removal choices before you connect. Connecting a channel will be separate from choosing to publish footage.

Demo accounts
If you set up a demo account, the management app keeps your chosen cat name and saved test changes under that separate sign-in. Sample history is fictional; demo devices do not contact a real collar. Closing the page does not erase the account or its saved changes.
Email/password and Google sign-in use the management app’s account service. Use a separate account for testing if you already keep real cat records in BatCat. Contact support@whorrall.com with questions about your account or saved demo records.
